OUR STORY
Born from Survival, Sisterhood, and the Search for Safety…
Paige & Ivy wasn’t born in a corporate boardroom, it was born out of love, survival, and necessity.
Our journey started on a girls’ trip to Hawaii when my sister Tammy suffered a severe, unexpected allergic reaction. What should have been a dream vacation turned into a terrifying race to find an EpiPen, stabilize her, and cut our trip short. That single day changed our lives forever.
In the years that followed, I accompanied Tammy through endless ER visits, often triggered by everyday exposures most people take for granted. She couldn't even wash her hands in a hospital bathroom without risking anaphylaxis, because almost all liquid soaps rely on hidden coconut-derived surfactants. Watching a family member live in constant fear of hidden triggers, or having to teach a five-year-old child how to administer an EpiPen, is an exhausting and isolating way to live.
Then, life threw another hurdle our way: my own breast cancer diagnosis.
Through chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, and surgical menopause, my body transformed completely. My skin became impossibly dry, raw, and reactive. My hair thinned and shed in clumps before growing back in a delicate, fragile texture I barely recognized. Suddenly, the products I had relied on for years were far too harsh, heavily fragranced, or full of irritants my recovering body could no longer handle.
We went searching together, for products gentle enough for post-cancer skin and 100% safe for severe coconut and tree nut allergies. But everywhere we looked, "clean" and "hypoallergenic" labels hid the very ingredients that made us sick.
So, we created what didn't exist.
