Are your products free from coconut and coconut derivatives?

Yes! Finding truly coconut-free skincare is incredibly difficult because most brands use hidden coconut-derived emulsifiers, fatty alcohols, or surfactants. Our entire brand is 100% coconut-free. We carefully select alternative plant sources (like olive and rapeseed) for our processing ingredients to ensure absolutely zero coconut trace exists in our formulas.
Are your products free from tree nuts and their derivatives?

Yes, 100%. Our entire brand is completely free from tree nuts and any nut-derived ingredients (absolutely no almond oil, shea butter, argan oil, or macadamia). We formulate exclusively with allergy-safe seed oils and fruit butters like Grapeseed Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil, and Mango Seed Butter. You can shop our entire line with total peace of mind.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?
Currently, we ship nationwide and to Australia, Canada, EU, Ireland, France, and Germany! All international orders may be subject to local customs fees or import duties upon arrival, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take great care in packaging your items, but accidents can happen in transit. If your product arrives cracked, leaking, or otherwise damaged, please take a quick photo of the damage and email it to us at paigeandivyco@gmail.com along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will ship out a fresh replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept physical returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
However, your experience and skin safety are our top priorities! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us atpaigeandivyco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
